Susan Radzyminski is a professional marketing strategist with 30 years’ experience developing and executing brand, public relations, marketing, and business development strategy for professional services firms, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Susan has led marketing efforts to grow regional firms to a national presence, integrate firms through mergers and acquisitions, and develop winning strategies for multi-million- dollar projects. She has experience developing successful growth strategies to capture market share in existing and new geographies and gaining firms' national recognition for thought leadership.
Susan has worked at international and national firms, including HarzaEngineering Company based in Chicago, IL; Key Corporation, based in Cleveland, OH; Einhorn Yaffee & Prescott and EYP Architecture and Engineering based in Albany, NY. Most recently, Susan served as Principal and Director of Marketing at EYP Architecture & Engineering where she led a team of 25 throughout the country and led the firm through a rebranding from a regional to national practice with offices extending from Boston, Albany, Washington DC, Raleigh, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Denver, and Los Angeles. EYP grew to rank 5th in Architect 50, a national ranking conducted by Architect magazine the publication of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA).
Close to home, Susan is an active member of her community serving on several boards and volunteering her time to serve and mentor others. Examples of Susan's leadership include her current role as a board member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the MS Society; Chair of the Women Against MS (WAMS) annual fundraising event with a national speaker; a mentor for the Young Professional Network of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce; member of The Circle women's leadership group; and member of the Marketing Committee for the Arts Center of the Capital Region where she is helping to develop a marketing plan during the COVID-19 crisis. Susan has served as past chair of the Women's Business Council of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and past Board Chair of the Arts Center of the Capital Region.
Susan received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from The University of Miami, Florida. She is Certified in CultureTalk, a system to measure and build culture and brand of an organization. She is a recipient of the Business Review’s 40 under 40, WERC Working Woman award, and YWCA Women of Achievement award. She currently resides with her two adult sons in Wynantskill, NY and loves all four seasons Upstate New York offers along with the outdoor activity each season provides, including hiking, biking, snow and water skiing.
